Your Keeps and Tales Box is all you need to send your child’s artwork our way.
The Keeps & Tales service is easy and straightforward. First, place your order to receive your box. Fill it with your artwork and send it back to us. Once we receive it, we’ll professionally photograph the contents and send you an invoice for your selected products—whether images, books, or mosaics. After that, you’ll receive a proof to review and approve before we print.
1. Order Your Box
We’ll send you a box with a starter kit that includes order forms, simple instructions, a protective resealable bag for your artwork, and a prepaid return shipping label.
2. Fill & Send
Pack the box with your child’s amazing artwork, complete the order form with your preferences, and return everything to us using the prepaid label.
3. We Photograph & Prepare Your Art
Once we receive your box, we professionally photograph and enhance each piece to make it look its best. Then, we’ll send a second invoice based on the number of items and books you’ve selected.
4. We Create Your Digital Proofs
Your artwork is uploaded to your personal Keeps & Tales account, organized by child and age. Based on your instructions, we’ll create digital previews for your books.
5. Review & Approve
Log in at staging.keepsandtales.com to review and edit your proofs. Once approved, we’ll print and ship your high-quality hardback photo book. Frame Mosaic proofs are sent via email for your approval.
6. Artwork Return or Recycle
If you’ve requested your originals back, we’ll return them in your Keeps & Tales box. Otherwise, we’ll responsibly recycle your artwork. To learn more, visit our process page.
Keeps & Tales Box Service Pricing
The cost of the Keeps & Tales service is split into two payments:
1. First Payment – This covers your KT Box, which includes everything you need to safely send us your artwork. The KT Box costs AED 98 and includes everything you need to get started: a sturdy box, detailed instructions on how to organize your artwork, and a prepaid return shipping label. Please note: This initial payment is not a deposit and does not cover any photography, editing, or book/mosaic production costs. Those are billed separately after we receive and process your artwork.
2. Second Payment – This covers the photography, editing, digitization, and the production of your custom book(s) or mosaic(s). Shipping included. Once we receive your artwork and complete the photography, a second payment will be required. This amount is based on the number of pieces you send and how many books you’d like to create. You can estimate your total using the pricing slider reflecting two different book sizes on our website. Every piece you send to us is included in your final payment. Removing pieces after submission will not reduce your cost. Please note: The first payment is for the box only and does not include any product or service fees beyond shipping. Once we’ve photographed your artwork, you’ll receive a second invoice based on the number of pieces and products you’ve selected.

You can find our processing time under “How long does the KT service take?” But if you require your book or mosaic by a specific date, please contact our customer service team.
We are more than happy to accommodate your request but kindly keep in mind the processing time to avoid disappointment.
The KT Box purchases are eligible for a same-day refund, minus a 10 AED cancellation fee. Please note: Once the KT Box has been shipped from our studio, the initial 98 AED payment is non-refundable.
After your artwork has been received and photographed, the order cannot be canceled, and the cost of digitization applies even if you choose to not have the Art Book or Mosaic printed.
Digitization Fees The Digitization cost starts at 150 AED for the first 30 pieces of art and then each additional piece thereafter is charged at 1.25 AED per piece.
You can check your order status anytime by logging into your account. Just go to My Account and sign-in with your email. You’ll be able to see when we received your box and view the current progress of your order.
